Consulting
We provide you with reliable support through our comprehensive advice—including on changing over production technology or making an investment decision. With an eye to your specific requirements and conditions, we identify a suitable method and examine the feasibility of initial development approaches.
Design
Our extensive process knowledge and years of experience also support you with the choice of materials and the geometric design of samples, prototypes, and final components—right through to series production.
Technology Systems
In addition to decades of experience and extensive process and systems expertise, we also have access to the entire infrastructure of PVA Löt- und Werkstofftechnik: vacuum systems of various sizes and types for plausibility studies, process sampling, and scaling scenarios.
Prototyping/Qualification
We carry out refining of functional samples, develop demonstrators, and handle initial sampling. We also ensure the qualification of processes for subsequent series production.
Process Introduction/Support
